Richard Jaech is the new bishop

The fifth vote:

Jaech: 134
Wallschlaeger: 89
Latterell: 63

That was not enough to qualify for the simple majority. A sixth and final vote:

Jaech: 174 votes (142 needed for simple majority)
Wallschlaeger: 109
