Saturday, Oct. 8, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. is the paint party at Spirit of Life Lutheran Church of Olalla, which suffered damage when a pipe broke and spewed water everywhere. I was going to do just a quick drive-by for a story and photos, but the Rev. Sarah Roemer had other ideas for me and they included a brush. So I'll see you there, at 3901 SE Mullenix Road.
